1. Eligibility

Single Account Policy
Each individual player may register and maintain only one tbji account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, tbji will suspend all associated accounts without prior notice, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances including any bonus credits.

Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbji login credentials. tbji will never ask for your password through any communication channel. You must notify tbji support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. tbji accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure or from sharing login details with any third party.

Account Verification (KYC)
tbji reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including a valid national ID, passport, or driving licence; proof of address; and evidence of the payment method used. This KYC process may be triggered during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point tbji deems appropriate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is complete.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on tbji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via supported local payment methods. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawal Conditions

Bonus Abuse

5. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbji platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
Registering or operating more than one tbji account simultaneously or sequentially
Using automated software, bots, scripts, or exploits to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage
Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activities
Colluding with other players or exploiting software errors for financial gain
Attempting to access another player's account or interfering with the platform's technical infrastructure

6. Responsible Gaming

Player Protection Tools
